On-Location

We headed to downtown Toronto to photograph the team at Forum Asset Management for a set of on-location headshots. Using a sleek grey backdrop, classic loop lighting, and a subtle background light to add depth in a small room, we created clean, consistent portraits for their growing team. These corporate headshots were taken right in their office space, offering a polished look with as little disruption to their workday as possible.

As Toronto headshot photographers, we love creating seamless, on-site sessions that make it easy for teams to look their best while staying on brand. Every company needs something a little different, so at Toronto Studio 202, it’s important to us that we tailor each session to reflect the business’s unique style and energy.

Styled Branding Photos

We partnered with Yael & Co., a Toronto-based brokerage and real estate team, to capture a collection of branding images that showcased both their professionalism and personality.

We started in a rented, fully staged photo studio that gave us the perfect mix of lifestyle and elevated design—ideal for photos of the team working, collaborating, and connecting in a warm, polished environment. From there, we moved to a nearby park for some relaxed, natural-light portraits to round out the gallery with an approachable, personal touch.

Branding sessions like this are especially impactful for real estate teams, where trust and relatability matter just as much as professionalism. Showcasing the neighborhood where Yael does most of her work was a thoughtful branding choice—helping build familiarity, trust, and connection with her ideal clients.

In Studio

This clean, professional headshot session was done right here in Studio 202 for a Toronto-based lawyer updating her website and digital presence. We used our large studio windows to bring in soft natural light and added a subtle pop of flash to give the portraits a polished edge and a flattering catch light in the eyes. The result? A set of approachable, confident headshots that balance warmth and professionalism—perfect for building trust with clients at first glance. For professionals in law, finance, and consulting, studio headshots like these are an easy way to elevate your brand while staying true to your personality.

Headshot Minis!

Mini sessions are the perfect opportunity to get a few quick pics in for a discounted price. We often do a few round of minis every year, so keep posted on our instagram or our events page!

Below are a few highlights from recent headshot mini sessions at Studio 202 in Toronto. We always offer two backdrop options and we kept things clean, modern, and versatile. Some sessions leaned into the softness of daylight, while others used our beauty lighting setup for a polished, editorial feel.

The perk to doing it in mini form, is that it’s perfect for businesses on a budget or those who just need a couple quick pics. Whether you're an entrepreneur, creative, or corporate professional, these Toronto headshot mini sessions offer an easy and effective way to update your branding.
